Peacefully passed away at Mill Creek Care Centre on September 9, 2017 in his 89th year. Beloved husband and best friend of Eileen for 70 years. Dear father of Phil, Lisa, and Howard (Deborah). Proud Gramps of 6 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren. Sadly missed by many other dear family members and close friends. Guests will be received at Steckley-Gooderham Funeral Home, 30 Worsley St., Barrie on Thursday September 14, from 10:30am until the time we celebrate his life in the chapel at 11:30am. A reception will follow at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, donations in Bud’s memory may be made to the Alzheimer Society of Ontario or the Ontario Heart and Stroke Foundation and are greatly appreciated.
