Passed away peacefully at Allandale Station Retirement Residence on Wednesday, September 21, 2022 with her daughters by her side. Dorothy Hirth at the age of 92, beloved wife of the late Emmerich Hirth. Cherished mother of Angela (Lou) Abbruzzese, Ilona (Michael) Reed and Marika Hirth. Dorothy will be fondly remembered by her grandchildren, Paul Lunaitis, Elaina Lunaitis (Steve Barkwell), Andrea Hubbard and Ava Gorch (Ryan Ward) as well as her great grandchildren, Ethan Hubbard and Ella Isnor. A private family service will be held at the ADAMS FUNERAL HOME, 445 St. Vincent Street (just north of Cundles Rd.), Barrie. Interment Barrie Union Cemetery. Memorial donations to the Canadian Cancer Society, or the Diabetes Association would be appreciated by the family.
