Passed suddenly, surrounded by family, on Thursday, November 26, 2015, in his 82nd year. Beloved husband of Karen for 55 years. Cherished father of Mike (Heather), Maurice (Cindy), Ian and Kelly (Andrew) Coward. Survived by his sister Hazel McDowell. Tom will be sadly missed by his grandchildren, Sarah Jean, Nick, Forest, Connor, Liam, Allison and Jordan, as well as many long time friends and colleagues. Cremation has already taken place, with arrangements entrusted to Steckley-Gooderham Funeral Home, 30 Worsley Street, Barrie. As per Tom's wishes, a private family celebration will be held at a later date. Donations in his memory may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation and are appreciated by the family.
