HAWTHORNE, Ronald

Passed away after a brief illness at Hospice Simcoe, Barrie on Wednesday, March 21, 2018 at the age of 75. Beloved husband of Gayle for 49 years. Loving father of Andrew Hawthorne (Wendy Loevenmark) and Nicole Hawthorne (Virginia). Cherished Papa to Miranda Hawthorne. Dear brother of Sandra Szajkowski and uncle to Christine McFarlane (Al). A service to celebrate Ron’s life will be held at a later date. Memorial donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
