HAWCO, Mary

Passed away after a courageous battle with cancer on Friday, August 19, 2016 at the age of 65. Beloved daughter of the late John and Helen Hawco and predeceased by her son Frankie. Cherished mother of Gerard, Barry, Robert, and Sean. Loved sister of Josephine, Theresa, Margaret, Donna, Carol-Ann, Kathleen, Karen, Cathy; and predeceased by her brothers Kevin and Francis. Mary will be loved and remembered by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Mary’s Roman Catholic Church, 65 Amelia Street, Barrie on Wednesday, August 24, 2016 at 11 o’clock a.m. with a visitation at the church from 10 a.m. Reception to follow. A special thank you to the nurses and staff at Hospice Simcoe for their exceptional care over the past weeks. Memorial donations to Hospice Simcoe would be appreciated.
