HAMPSON, Allan

Passed peacefully, at the Royal Victoria Hospital in Barrie, on Friday, July 22, 2016 in his 92nd year. Beloved husband of the late Eileen Chapman. Honoured father of Barry (Denise) and Ken (Alix). Cherished grandfather of 6, great-grandfather of 8 and great-great-grandfather of 1. Allan is survived by his sisters Tiny and Isabel, and will be sadly missed by many nieces, nephews and lifelong friends. Cremation has taken place with arrangements entrusted to the Steckley-Gooderham Funeral Home, 30 Worsley St., Barrie. In lieu of flowers, donations in Allan’s memory may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
