Peacefully passed away at Villa Care Centre, Midland, on May 8th, 2017 in her 100th year. Beloved wife of the late John “Jack” Hamilton. Predeceased by her children Janet, Reginald and Diane (Westgarth-Taylor). Survived by brother Dr. Bill Dwyre. Pre deceased by brothers Joe, Leo, Harry and sister Ann. Sadly missed by granddaughters Joanne (Kyle) Leese, Carol (Sean) Rothfusz and great grandchildren Evan, Lucas, and Tyler. Guests will be received at Steckley-Gooderham Funeral Home, on Thursday, May 11, 2017 from 2-4 pm and 7-9 pm. A Mass of Christian burial will take place at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, 65 Amelia Street, Barrie, on Friday, May 12, 2017 starting at 10 am. A reception will follow the mass. Burial will take place at St. Mary’s Cemetery, Barrie. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to St. Mary’s Catholic Church and are greatly appreciated.
