Marion Hagerman passed away peacefully on Wednesday May 24, 2023, at Meaford Long Term Care at the age of 82.
Marion was always extremely proud of the 26 plus years she spent as a Nurse at Soldiers Memorial Hospital in Orillia. Equally proud of the relationships she had with her fellow nurses and so very many people throughout the community she cared for. Her greatest accomplishment of all was being a loving mother of Sheryl Brewer (Dan Moir), Sonya (James) Torrie, Shannon (Melinda) Brewer and mother in law of Louise.
Cherished in the hearts of her grandchildren Natasha (Matt), Fraser, Quinlan (Kendra), Sydney and great granddaughter May. Survived also by her brother Elwood Hagerman of B.C. Marion is predeceased by her son Shawn Brewer, brother William, sisters Annie and Martha and her parents Herman and Mina Hagerman. At Marion's request, cremation has taken place where she will go home to be interred at the Bear Island Cemetery in New Brunswick.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Camphill Communities or Special Olympics in Marion's memory.
