Passed peacefully, surrounded by her family at the Royal Victoria Hospital, Barrie on Wednesday, March 14th, 2018 at the age of 76. Loving wife of Peter for 55 years. Honoured mother of Ian Gorbell (Heather) and Doug Gorbell (Lianne). Cherished grandmother of Corey, Cole, Zachary and Tyler. Survived by her sister Sherril Armstrong. Visitation will take place at the Steckley-Gooderham Funeral Home, 30 Worsley St., Barrie on Wednesday, March 21st, 2018 from 7-9 pm, with funeral services to be held on Thursday, March 22nd at 11 am in the Chapel, followed by a reception luncheon in the Lounge. The family would like to take this opportunity to extend their heartfelt appreciation to the Emergency staff at RVH and have requested that donations in lieu of flowers be made to the Royal Victoria Regional Health Centre Foundation.
