(September 13, 1934 - March 30, 2019) - Passed away peacefully with family at her side on Saturday, March 30, 2019 at the IOOF Home, Barrie. Joan Garner at the age of 84 loving wife of Jack Garner. Cherished mother of Jeff (Marilyn) Garner and the late John W. Garner. Proud grandmother of Ryan Garner, Daniel Garner, Katy (Shane) Viccary and Brett Garner (Amy) and great grandmother of Ayden and Wyatt. Joan will be fondly remembered by her dear sister Elda Burnes, daughter in-law Beth Garner, Trish Tribble, and also her wonderful circle of friends. A special thank you is extended to the companions who provided exceptional care and companionship over the years. A Celebration of Joan’s Life will be held at a later date.
