Peacefully at home, on March 21, 2017. Alice, loving wife of Victor. Cherished mother of Catherine Power, Tracey Muchmaker (Susan), Jamie Galipeau (Cheryl) and reunited with her son Michael. Proud grandmother of Justin, Samantha (Joshua), Victoria, Katie, Kiersten and Ethan. Cherished daughter of the late Edgar and Margaret Gauthier. Dear sister of Helen, Raymond, Gail, Gary, Joanne, Gerry, Rick, Randy, Marguerite and the late Diane and Carol. Will also be missed by many other family members and friends. Alice was born and raised in Sudbury, Ontario. Family was everything. Alice always thought of herself as an earth person. She loved the wind, the water, and the earth. Family and friends will be received at Steckley-Gooderham Funeral Home, 201 Minet’s Point Road, Barrie, on Saturday, March 25, 2017 for a visitation from 7pm -9pm. A service will take place on Sunday, March 26, 2017 starting at 2pm. Visitation from 1pm.
