Passed away peacefully at Royal Victoria Regional Health Centre on November 9, 2016. Loving mother of Fred (Pat) and Stephen (Tonni). Proud Nanny of Kim, Christopher, Kaleigh, and Brittany, and great-grandmother to Summer. Elsie is survived by her niece Cathy (Bob) and nephew David (Nancy). Family and friends will be received at STECKLEY-GOODERHAM FUNERAL HOME, 30 Worsley Street, Barrie, for visitation on Friday, November 11, 2016 from 2 to 4 pm. A service will be held on Saturday, November 12, 2016 starting at 11am. Visitation from 10am. Reception to follow.
