Passed away peacefully on Saturday, April 29, 2017 at Sunnybrook Hospital. Beloved soul mate of Gail (Ellis). Proud father of Brandon (Kalie), Grant and Kendra. Cherished grandfather of Jack. Predeceased by his mother Theresa, sister Linda Stack and father-in-law John Ellis. Paul will be forever remembered by Lois Ellis, Terry and Carol Ellis, Karen and Peter Scharfenberg. Special uncle to Jeff and Stephanie, Tammy (Kate) and Marc, Erik, Dana and Dave and Tyler. Fun great-uncle of Ireland, Ryder, Alex, Zach and Leah. Family and friends will be received at the Steckley-Gooderham Funeral Home, 30 Worsley St., Barrie on Friday May 5, 2017 from 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm and 7:00 pm – 9:00 pm. A Celebration of Paul’s life will take place on Saturday, May 6, 2017 at the Tangle Creek Golf and Country Club (Barrie) from 1:00 pm – 4:00 pm. Words of Remembrance will take place at 2:00 pm.
