Passed away peacefully after a long struggle with Parkinson’s disease at Royal Victoria Regional Health Centre, Barrie on Monday, February 29, 2016 at the age of 77. Loving husband of Marilyn(nee Graham) for 37 years. Loving father of Crystal Fletcher (Shawn Patton) and Amber Fletcher (Paul Goebel). Special grandpa of Willa Goebel. Brother of Elayne (Rod) Duff, Claire (Mike) Shortt and the late Les (Irma) Black. Dallas will be sadly missed by his many nieces & nephews and extended family. Special thanks to the Doctors and Nurses at RVH for the wonderful care you gave to Dallas.
