David Russell after a life well lived, passed away peacefully on February 7, 2019. Predeceased by his beloved wife Elizabeth(2013). Adored by his two daughters, Ann (John Davis) and Patricia (Brent Horne). Cherished Poppa to Lindsay (Adam Hogan), Amanda (Eric Osborne), Jaclyn (Steve Gostick), Ryan, Matthew and Jonathan. Loved Great Poppa to Crew, Emma, Charlotte, Ava and Myla. Survived by his sister, Olive McClain. Special thank you to all of the staff at Mill Creek Care Centre for their kindness and compassionate care. A Celebration of Life gathering to honor David will be held at Steckley-Gooderham funeral home, 201 Minet's Point Rd., Barrie on Saturday, February 16th from 1-4pm.
