CRAWFORD, Barbara Alice Jane

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Barbara Jane Crawford, after a short illness on May 16, 2016. Survived by loving husband of 65 years, William Ernest Crawford. Treasured by loving children Robert and his wife Loretta, Steven and his wife Monica and Carolyn and her husband Frank. Remembered and missed by grandchildren Billy (Kris), Tammy (Mark), Megan (Jon), Colleen (Tyler), Luke(her boyfriend), and special great granddaughter Heather. Predeceased by brother Warren Lough (Audrey), also sadly missed by many extended family members and friends. Family and Friends will be received at the Steckley-Gooderham Funeral Home, 30 Worsley Street Barrie, on Friday May 20th, from 2pm – 4pm and from 7pm – 9pm. Further visitation will take place on Saturday May 21st, from 11am until the time of the service in the chapel at 1pm. A reception will follow. In lieu of flowers, donations in Barbara’s memory can be made to the Alzheimer’s Society and would be greatly appreciated by the family.
