Eunice Coles (nee Lawrence), 85, passed away in her sleep on April 10th in Barrie, ON. Born in Hayes, Middlesex, England on July 18, 1932, to Francis George Lawrence and Florence Carter, she immigrated to Canada with her husband in 1957. She is survived by the love of her life, Robert (Bobby) Coles, and her adored seven sons and daughters-in-law: Graham(Csilla), Gary(Anne), Russell(Jennie), Bruce(Lisa), Ian(Amanda), Terry(Karen), and Jeff(Jennie). She is also survived by her grandchildren (Sarah, Ryan, Mollie, Taylor, Sam, Amber, Bronte, Dani, Zack, Denver, Brody, Kyle, McKinley, Devon, Jake, and Kalan) as well as her great grandchildren (Jasmine, Raine, Oliver, Theodore, Malik, Kylie, Bodhi, Mateo, Hadley, Declan, and Xavier). Along with the legacy of raising a big, beautiful, connected family, Eunice went back to school later in life and earned a bachelor degree in history and women’s studies from York University. She will deeply missed by her entire brood.
