COCKBURN, Myrle

Myrle was looking forward to reuniteing with her Mother Sophia Macksay and her Father Milton Rachar, her beloved brother Garnet, his son and her only nephew Charles Rachar, her cherished husband Wallace Cockburn and her best friend Robina Patterson. Myrle truly walked her Faith. Her life was one of total service to God and his children. She was compassionate, wise, loving, forgiving, honest and independent. She was a faithful and dedicated Christian, Daughter, Sister, Wife, Aunt, Friend, and family member. She loved as she was loved… completely. She always said “God supplies all my needs.” Indeed he did. Myrle was surrounded by a circle of love, support and protection. She had the overwhelming, generous and devoted support of family, friends, neighbours (who became like family), doctors, and all her special P.S.W.s. She will be missed by Carole-Ann Patterson Smith and her husband Wayne Smith, their children, Shantel (Jesse), Dylan and Rose, Jasmine and Ryan, Jade-Ann and Jeff, Elijah and Alana, Lasha, Lyndze, and Christopher. All the wee ones that were fortunate to have had a relationship and those who will have to rely on family stories: Adam, Ava, Andersen, Vincent, Malakai, River, Georgia, Talon, Wynter, Aaliyah, Willow, Zola and Violet. Her dear friends Glenda and Jim Burke. And by all those who knew and loved her. Friends will be received at Adams Funeral Home on Thursday, January 4, 2018 from 2 pm until time of Service in the Chapel at 3 o’clock pm. Memorial donations to Gideon’s Canada would be appreciated.
