August 12, 1949 – April 6, 2019

Passed away suddenly on April 6, 2019. Beloved wife of Pietro (Peter) for 52 years. Dearest mother of Joe (Lisa) and Frank. Most awesome Nanny to Sydney, Peter and Madison. Survived by brother Joseph Dirracolo (Phyllis) and sisters Anne Scarati (Mike) and Gloria Krally (Andrew). Predeceased by her sister Victoria Fumo and brother-in-law Robert Fumo, and sister Mary Scarati (Gus). Sadly missed by nieces, nephews and extended family. Guests will be received at Steckley-Gooderham Funeral Home, 30 Worsley Street, Barrie, on Friday, April 12, 2019 for visitation from 2pm-4pm and 7pm-9pm. A Memorial Gathering will be held in the lounge the following day on Saturday, April 13, 2019 from 2pm-5pm. In lieu of flowers, donations in Cathy’s memory may be made to Hospice Simcoe, Canadian Cancer Society, or any of RVH’s Foundations.
