Passed away peacefully at the Royal Victoria Regional Health Centre on Tuesday, January 9th, 2018 with her loving family by her side. Marjorie Bell at the age of 80 years, beloved wife of the late Bob Bell. Cherished mother of Lawrence Bell (Donna Crowder), Denise (Paul) Winger, Debby (the late Herb) Kershaw, Dwight Bell (Marilyn Chrysler) and Murray Bell (Jennifer Garnhum). Marjorie will be remembered by her grandchildren, great grandchildren and also by her sister Dorothy Pelly and brother Glen (Della) Rice. Predeceased by her sisters Winnifred Flear and Eleanor Laroque. Marjorie was proud to be part of the Barrie Colts Super Six Fan Club and a great supporter of the Barrie Bay Cats Baseball Club. She was a very active member of the Oro Horticultural Society, Guthrie Women’s Institute and also took part in many other community organizations. A Celebration of Marjorie’s Life will be held at ADAMS FUNERAL HOME, 445 St. Vincent St. Barrie (just north of Cundles Rd.) on Saturday, January 13, 2018 at 2 o’clock with a reception following. Memorial donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
