Peacefully at Spencer House, Orillia, in his 67th year, on April 17, 2016. Predeceased by his loving wife, Carol (Brandon). Honoured father to Shaun (Kelly), Shane (Christina) and Melissa (Frank) and step-father to Heather LeBlanc (Barry) and David Scott (Cathy). Cherished brother to Lois (predeceased) and Doris. Sadly missed by his grandchildren, Mackenzie (predeceased), Daimien, Baylie, Shealyn, Alex, Robyn, Ava and Mya and step-grandchildren Darien, Matthew, Chris and Tyler. Cremation has taken place with arrangements entrusted to the Steckley-Gooderham Funeral Home, 30 Worsley St., Barrie. Friends and family are invited to a celebration of David’s life at the Army Navy Club, 7 George St., Barrie, on Sunday, May 8, 2016 from 1-4pm. In lieu of flowers, donations in David’s memory may be made to a charity of choice and would be greatly appreciated by the family.
