BALAZS, Marika (nee Schrodel)

After a courageous battle with cancer, Marika passed away on Saturday, February 1, 2020 at Michael Garron Hospital, East York at the age of 81. Loved mother of Thomas Balazs (Faye), Tim Balazs, Elizabeth Netto and Susan Philpott. Cherished grandmother to Shawna, Leah, Shawn, William and Douglas. Great Grandmother to Anna Rose. Dear sister of Andras Schrodel, Tibor Schrodel and predeceased by her brothers Imre Schrodel and Istvan Schrodel. At Marika’s request there will be no visitation or funeral service. Memorial donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.
