OTTAWA — Mark Stone tried something new on Saturday and it paid off. Stone scored his second goal of the game at 2:30 of overtime as the Ottawa Senators overcame a 3-1 deficit to defeat the Montreal Canadiens 4-3 on Saturday.

TORONTO — It was sweet redemption for James Franklin. Franklin's record-tying one-yard TD run with 56 seconds remaining rallied the Toronto Argonauts to a 26-22 win over Montreal on Saturday night.

GUELPH, Ont. — Gabe Ferraro connected on a 42-yard field goal in double overtime to lift the Guelph Gryphons over the Waterloo Warriors 47-44 on Saturday afternoon in Canadian university football.

WASHINGTON — Kawhi Leonard is sitting out as the Toronto Raptors play on a second consecutive night. Leonard did not travel with the Raptors to the nation's capital for their game at the Washington Wizards on Saturday night.
