St. Louis Bar & Grill continues to support autism awareness

All funds received through the in-store campaign will support local schools for children with autism, in their respective communities

TORONTO – St. Louis Bar & Grill continues its support and advocacy for autism awareness, education and acceptance.

On Nov. 7, the iconic Canadian neighbourhood bar and grill hosts #StLousCares, their annual gala fundraiser in support of the Shining Through Centre for Children with Autism. The event takes place at the Montecassino Banquet and Event Centre, 140
Jevlan Dr. Woodbridge. Tickets are available at www.stlouiswings.com/pieceittogether/.

In an ongoing effort to give back to the community, St. Louis hosts this event and leads fundraising activities throughout the month of October – Autism Awareness Month. This year, all 65+ locations across Canada will be offering coupon sets (worth over $30) for every $5 donation. All funds received through the in-store campaign will support local schools for children with autism, in their respective communities.

Our goal is to raise $300,000, building upon last year’s $260,000 contribution. After 17 years of autism awareness, education and advocacy, the restaurant brand raised over $1.5 million in support of the Shining Through Centre, a recognized leader in therapy, education, research, and awareness to children with autism and their families.

The annual fundraising event is a fun-filled gala, celebrating the culmination of all fundraising efforts over the month of October by the organization, store staff, guests and members of the local community. The event kicks off at 6:30 p.m. Join the experience featuring a DJ, raffles, auctions, and games. There are also many prizes to be won, including a variety of Toronto Maple Leafs and Raptors tickets.

Tickets are $75 and include food and drink, with full ticket proceeds going towards the Shining Through Centre. The final donation will be made LIVE to the founding fathers of the school on the night of the event.
