The Simcoe County District School Board's inaugural Football Festival will feature four senior games involving local schools, from 9 a.m. until around 8 p.m.

The event also supports the Barrie Food Bank and their fall campaign.

Attendees are asked to bring non-perishable food items or make a monetary donation at the gate in lieu of admission fees.

The game schedule, and each school's win-loss record, are as follows:

  • 9 a.m. – Eastview Wildcats (0-1) vs. Barrie North Vikings (1-0)
  • 11:45 a.m. – Collingwood Fighting Owls (1-0) vs. Banting Memorial Marauders (0-1)
