NEWS RELEASE
HURONIA STALLIONS
********************
The Huronia Stallions, in conjunction with the Ontario Football Conference, have unfortunately had to make the decision to cancel the upcoming 2020 football season for both our House League and Rep travel teams.

The COVID-19 pandemic continues to make it unsafe to conduct football activities. This is ultimately the most important factor behind this difficult decision.

To all the players and families who stuck by us in the hope we could have a summer of football, we thank you for your tremendous support.

We would like to acknowledge all those varsity players that are graduating from their final Stallions season. We are extremely proud of your commitment to the Stallions organization and we share your disappointment with not being able to put on the purple and gold one last time.

Some of you will go on to play post-secondary football, however for most of you this would have been your final season to put on the pads and wear the 'H' proudly.

In the coming months and years you will undoubtedly reflect on your Stallions experience. Know that your place on the team was valued and appreciated.

Go better yourself off the field, do wonderful things in your communities and the world, and be sure to tell us all about it.

To all our coaches and support people, thank you for all that you do in the lives of your own families and for the Stallion family, our players are better for your time and effort.

Please be advised that full refunds will start to be issued in the very near future. We will send cheques or e-transfers back to all paid/registered players beginning on Monday, June 8.

Please be patient with us as it will take some time to issue the refunds. Accordingly, if you have not received your refund by July 15, please send us a detailed email to [email protected] with your son or daughter's first and last name and the division they registered for.

If you would like your fee to be automatically applied to next year’s season instead, please notify us at the above email.

Please be healthy and safe, look after one another and always be proud to be a Stallion. We will see you in 2021.
