With high school hoops season underway, the Barrie & District Board of Basketball Officials says it needs some help.
"We are up and running again in Simcoe County, with the start of the ladies' high school basketball leagues," said organization representative Chester Graham. "We welcome new officials and most certainly experienced officials."
Geographically, the BDABO covers games across Simcoe County from Midland, Barrie and Orillia to Tottenham, Collingwood, and several other small communities.
Formed in the early 1960s, the BDABO has a rich traditional of strong officiating across the province and is committed to developing new officials to officiate basketball games at all levels.
