A group of 10 big-hearted curlers played for 105 hours to claim a Guinness World Record for most time played, raising an amazing $3,668 in the process to help bring Advanced Cardiac Care to Royal Victoria Regional Health Centre.

The marathon event called Rocks for Heart, part of the Radio for Cardiology campaign, was held at the Coldwater Curling Club from Sept. 28 to Oct. 2.

The epic game was organized by curler Bill Pearce and his family who enjoyed heart-warming support from friends and the curling community.
