Starting the week of Dec. 18, the City of Barrie will be mailing out the new Resident Waterfront Parking Passes and the 2018 Community Information and Waste Reduction Calendar, via Canada Post.

City of Barrie Resident Waterfront Parking Pass

The Resident Waterfront Parking Passes are being distributed to Barrie residents the week of Dec. 18 through direct mailing with Canada Post. Each household will receive two Resident Waterfront Parking Passes, which allows residents to park in the applicable waterfront lots and on-street areas listed on the pass free of charge anytime.

Barrie residents can purchase additional passes for $20 at City Hall or any Recreation Centre. Non-Barrie residents can purchase an annual waterfront parking pass for $90.

2018 Community Information and Waste Reduction Calendar

The 2018 Community Information and Waste Reduction Calendar will be delivered to Barrie residents via Canada Post admail starting the week of Dec. 18. If your address is listed with Canada Post to not receive advertising mail, you can pick up a calendar after Dec. 27 at one of the following locations:

  • City Hall (70 Collier Street)
  • Barrie Public Libraries (60 Worsley St. and 48 Dean Ave.)
  • Environmental Centre (272 Ferndale Dr. N.)
  • East Bayfield Community Centre (80 Livingstone St. E.)
  • Allandale Recreation Centre (190 Bayview Drive)
  • Holly Community Centre (171 Mapleton Ave.)
  • Parkview Community Centre (189 Blake St.)
