Evening update from Zach's mom Shelley:
Zach had another sunny beautiful day with a slight breeze keeping him cool.
When we arrived at Wild Wing to set off, there was a group of families waiting for us - all from Opseu 303 Paramedics!
Zach choose biking again today and was joined by Sean, Garrett and Kat (all paramedics) for the entire duration. It was great having them there, they gave Derek and Zach lots of great pointers (they're triathletes) and helped when Zach's motivation started waning and he wanted to stop.
Zach says his legs feel good but it's sometimes hard to keep going. Another 25 kms under his belt which brings us to 87km.

It's Day 4 for our intrepid traveller Zach Hofer, and it has been another sweet one.
