Thief drives away with warmed up minivan

BRADFORD - In the evening of Sunday, January 10, 2016, a Bradford man called South Simcoe Police to report his car stolen.

The man told officers he was visiting a friend on Corwin Drive in the Summerlyn neighbourhood.

Around 9:30 p.m., he started the car to warm it up and left it unattended and unlocked with the keys in the ignition.

Just before 10 p.m., he noticed it had been taken.

The vehicle, a 2007 Honda Odyssey van, has Ontario plates BPJK343.
