TORONTO - Congratulations to Johnathan Brown of Severn and Steven Lepard of Orillia for winning a $1 million MAXMILLIONS prize in the October 4, 2019 LOTTO MAX draw.

Johnathan, a married father and grandfather, realized they had a winning ticket while checking it at the store.

"I was stunned," the 62-year old said. "And Steven couldn't believe it either!"

"This win feels great," Johnathan concluded.

Since its launch in September 2009, Ontario LOTTO MAX players have won over $5 billion, including 66 jackpot wins and 561 MAXMILLIONS prizes, right across the province.

The winning ticket was purchased at The West Convenience on West Street in Orillia.
