The Ranch may be rocking and crammed on a typical Saturday night, but today's inaugural Barrie Craft Beer and Wine Expo was a laid-back affair.
Fifteen members of the Ontario Craft Brewers community are on hand today to showcase their best beers, wines and spirits.
This isn’t the last time you’ll see such and event at The Ranch, which bills itself as Canada’s largest country bar.
Jessica Janes, general manager of The Ranch, says there are more fun events being planned.
“This is the first craft expo here and we’ll be doing more types of events like this for sure,” said Janes. “We’ve had great success with being a bar and dance club for the local community, but we are definitely branching out and trying more things.”
The event runs until 8 p.m. this evening.
