There will be no more assorted subs or double-doubles for customers at Anne and Tiffin streets in Barrie.
The restaurant, which included both a Mr. Sub and a Country Style, closed permanently on Boxing Day.

It's unclear what will happen to the building or at the property, but all of the signs have been removed and a large dumpster has since been removed from the site.
A sign on the door at the restaurant, which was a popular meeting spot for many coffee lovers, informed customers to visit the Mr. Sub/Country Style location on the other side of town at 506 Bayfield St., across from Georgian Mall.
For people in the area looking for a submarine sandwich, though, there is a Mr. Sub farther up the road near Dunlop Street at 29 Anne St. S., across from the Beer Store.
