Seventeen restaurants serving up meals for Dish for Hospice fundraiser

Chance to try out some new restaurants in the area, or help charitable organization by eating at one of your favourite establishments

Hospice Simcoe is delighted to announce the fifth annual Dish for Hospice will be held on June 5 this year. 

Seventeen local independent restaurants will offer a three-course meal for $35 per person* and donate $10 from each meal to Hospice Simcoe. This event is a great way to have a fun night out with family, friends or colleagues; to try a new restaurant and get a delicious meal at a great price, all while supporting Hospice Simcoe.

“We are very grateful to the local restaurants that are participating in this great event to support the programs and services at Hospice Simcoe. Local restaurants support us in a number of ways, including Dish for Hospice,” says Kelly Hubbard, Executive Director, Hospice Simcoe.

This year’s participating restaurants are: Amiche Restaurant & Social House in Craighurst, Barnstormer Brewing & Distilling Co., Cicco’s Ristorante, Crazy Fox Bistro, Dosti Eats, Groovy Tuesdays, il Buco Ristorante, Michael & Marions, National Pines Golf Club in Innisfil, Nino’s Italian Restaurant, PIE (both locations), Redline Brewhouse, Simmering Kettle, The Farmhouse, The North, Town & Country Steakhouse and Urban Dish.

Hospice Simcoe provides high-quality palliative and end-of-life care for individuals living with a life-limiting illness and support for family members. Our programs include Visiting Hospice, Residential Hospice and Grief & Bereavement Support.  All programs and services are delivered at no cost to our residents, clients and their families.  Hospice Simcoe was founded in 1988 and opened our 10 bed residence in 2009. In the past nine years, we have delivered 24 hour high quality palliative care to over 2,000 people who have lived their final days or weeks at our residence.
