The Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (ROPE) Squad successfully located and arrested 27-year-old male Sayed MABASE-ZAMANI in Richmond Hill on Sunday, November 29, 2015.

The Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (ROPE) Squad is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a federal offender wanted on a Canada Wide Warrant as result of breaching his parole.

On Wednesday November 25, 2015 the offender fled on foot from his designated residence within the City of Barrie.

Sayed MABASE-ZAMANI is described as;

  • Male, Arabic decent, medium complexion
  • 27 years
  • 5'8", heavy build, brown eyes, black hair

Sayed is a federal offender serving a 2 year and 2 month sentence for Break and Enter with Intent, Assault, Mischief, and Theft Under $5000.

He has numerous connections in the Aurora, Newmarket, Woodbridge and Markham areas.
