The third annual Red Scarf Campaign was launched today in Barrie, Midland and Orillia,

The campaign features bright red, knitted scarves wrapped around light posts from four expert knitting groups who have joined the Gilbert Centre to decorate the downtowns.

The scarves come with a tag that highlights HIV/AIDS Awareness Week, which starts Nov. 24 and ends Dec. 1, which is World AIDS Awareness Day.
