On Sunday December 27, 2015 at 11:36 p.m., South Simcoe Police responded to an Innisfil residence for a 21-year-old male.
The male had advised his brother over the phone that he was armed with a gun and was going to shoot the next person that walked through the door.
The situation was resolved with the use of tactical communications, the suspect was taken into custody under the Mental Health Act without further trouble.
