Investigators are currently looking to locate 14-year-old Alyssa MOFFATT from Barrie.
Moffatt left her home on October 5 and her family has had no contact with her since.
It is believed Moffatt may be in the Hamilton area.
Police are concerned for her well-being due to her young age.
Female is described as:
Female White
5'7, approximately 130 LBS
Long, straight brown hair
Green eyes
Family are unsure what she was wearing at the time she left Barrie.
