Police investigate second Roadshow Antiques theft (3 photos)

Suspects were in the store for only three minutes before seen leaving in a dark coloured SUV

On Wednesday, Jan. 17, 2018, just before 7:30 p.m., South Simcoe Police received a call from the manager of Roadshow Antiques, located at the 400 Flea Market in the Town of Innisfil, for a break and enter that occurred.

Store footage shows two males arriving at 6:45 p.m. and prying open the locked door, gaining entry at 6:47 p.m. They immediately head to the jewellery showcases, smash them open and remove a large quantity of jewellery. The suspects were in the store for only three minutes before seen leaving in a dark coloured SUV.

South Simcoe Police officers along with their Forensic Identification Team and Criminal Investigations Bureau are still investigating this incident.

A prior theft from the Roadshow Antiques is also being followed by South Simcoe Police Criminal Investigations Bureau.
