Barrie Police attended St. Catharines, Ontario on December 11, 2015 to take custody of a 50-year-old Barrie woman who was wanted on a bench warrant for failing to attend court.
Niagara Regional Police had located the female during the course of an unrelated investigation.
The woman was facing charges of fraud over $5,000 and mischief over $5,000 when she had absconded.
She was held pending a bail hearing.
