On December 25, a 26-year-old Barrie man entered an apartment on Clapperton Street and [allegedly] started an altercation with the residents.
The male then [allegedly] ripped the phone off the wall and fled the residence when the complainant tried to call the police.
The male was on conditions not to attend the address or to associate with the residents and therefore a warrant was sought for his arrest.
On the evening of December 26th, the male returned to the address and was arrested by Barrie Police on scene.
The male was charged with breach of probation x2, mischief, unlawfully in a dwelling and was held pending a bail hearing.
