Orilla man charged with sexual assault offences
ORILLIA - The Orillia Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) has charged a male with sexual assault offences after investigating historical complaints.
The Orillia Crime Unit investigated the incidents involving two victims that took place at camp grounds in the Orillia area between 1994 and 2013.
The victims were known to the accused.
Winston Parker, 74 years old of Orillia, has been charged with sexual interference with a person under 16 years of age x2, invitation to sexual touching under 16 years of age x2, sexual assault on a person under 16 years of age, sexual exploitation and sexual assault.
He has been held in custody pending a Bail Hearing today in Barrie Criminal Court.
