One person was taken to hospital following a two-vehicle crash at Dunlop Street and Hart Drive in Barrie this afternoon.
Traffic in the area was heavier than usual for a Friday afternoon, especially as commuters exited Highway 400 northbound, while emergency crews cleaned up the scene.
The crash involved a pickup truck and a small car, both of which sustained heavy damage.
The collision occurred shortly before 4 p.m., Friday.
Barrie police continue to investigate.
