NEWS RELEASE

KENZINGTON BURGER BAR

*************************
Originally opened on Dunlop Street in Barrie in 2007, Kenzington Burger Bar’s reputation of great food and friendly service was awarded with a feature on the Food Network’s You Gotta Eat Here. Kenzington Burger Bar is now operating at 4 locations in Simcoe County.

This weekend, Kenzington Burger Bar opened a take-out location at Barrie’s beautiful Centennial Beach (65 Lakeshore Drive Barrie).

You may have noticed the facelift on this old concession building over the past few months as we prepared for Kenzington Burger Bar to move in.

This seasonal location complements the great views of Kempenfelt Bay with a patio that can seat over 150 people and is well lit with sparkling string lights.

This family friendly location will serve all of your Kenzington Burger Bar favourites including the house blend beef, chicken and veggie burgers.

And, of course, the famous poutine that was just featured in BuzzFeed’s “19 Of The Best Places to Get Poutine Across Canada”.

Starting June 30, summer hours will be 11:30 a.m. to 10 p.m., or later on those beautiful nights when you are looking for a late night snack and ice cream.

Being an outdoor location, the operating hours are at the mercy of mother nature. If it is raining you may have to get your burger fix at the Dunlop Street location.

What’s next for this budding local success story? Kenzington Burger Bar is on the search for their next location to achieve their goal of delivering mouth-watering burgers all over Ontario.

If you have an idea for a great location, we want to hear from you. www.kenzington.ca
