On December 22, 2015, officers with the South Simcoe Police responded to a call in the Town of Innisfil.
During the investigation police were directed to a second incident where they were advised of a possible impaired driver at 10:40 a.m.
Officers were able to locate the vehicle and driver and investigated the incident.
The male driver was arrested for impaired driving.
It was further discovered that the vehicle was stolen, and the male was also breaching court conditions.
The 22-year-old Innisfil man was held for a bail hearing.
