WEST PARRY SOUND - On November 9, 2015 shortly after 7:30 p.m., members of the West Parry Sound Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were advised of an aircraft going down in Seguin Township.
Passing motorist on Highway 400 observed the plane go down and called 911.
OPP, Emergency Medical Services (EMS) and Seguin Fire responded and located the crash site.
Following an investigation of the plane crash, the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) is now able to release the names of the victims involved as being that of Philip ESSELTINE, 59, and Jane ESSELTINE, 55, both of Tillsonburg.
