The Barrie Community Life Centre has planned an "evening to commemorate the life" of Jaimee Lee Miller tomorrow night.

The body of the 30-year old Barrie woman was found March 16 in the Simcoe County Forest off Gill Road in Springwater Township.

She was reported missing to Barrie Police by her family on November 2, 2015 after relatives hadn't heard from her for a month.

OPP say they are treating Miller's death as a homicide.

There have been no arrests and no updates from police since it was confirmed the remains found in the woods by a dog walker were Miller's.

Members of Jaimee's family plan to attend the Wednesday evening service which will be at the Burton Avenue United Church at 7 p.m.

The memorial will feature a number of speakers who will share their memories of Jaimee or other women they wish to remember who have been "lost to violence, addictions and sex trafficking," according to the Centre's Facebook page.

Miller was the mother of three young children and was living in Barrie for only about five months when she vanished.
