The Midland Police Service hosted the Festive RIDE/Project Red Ribbon Launched at Midland Secondary School on Tuesday, November 24, 2015.

The event was emceed by Kevin Frankish, the co-host of Breakfast Television-Toronto.

Barrie Police Chief Kimberley Greenwood was in attendance, alongside Traffic Sgt. Glen Furlong and Cst. Mark Casey.

Lawrence Vindum, owner of the Butcher Shop located on Cundles Road, East, Barrie and Arif Khan, Barrie City Councillor -Ward 8 were presented with the "M.A.D.D Community Impact Award".
