Gun pointing in Bradford

Incident leads to stolen property




On Saturday January 30, 2015 South Simcoe Police received a call at 1:15 p.m. for a group of males that attended a home in the area of Barrie St and Fletcher St in the Town of Bradford.

While there, one of the males who was known to the victim pointed a firearm at the resident before fleeing the scene with the rest of the group in a vehicle.

Police attended the area and were able to locate the suspect in this matter who was arrested.

Further investigation lead to the recovery of previously stolen property.

An 18 year old male from Bradford faces several firearm, and property related charges and was held for bail.

South Simcoe Police continue to investigate this matter to identify the other parties involved.
